In September, Pizza Hut Sweden launched Integrated Delivery in collaboration with Wolt and Future Ordering. By owning and optimizing their digital sales channels, Pizza Hut can now offer tailored recommendations, drive up-selling, and make data-driven decisions.

We spoke with David Möller, Head of Channel Sales at Pizza Hut Sweden, to discuss their decision to integrate a customer-branded delivery channel into their platform, and their plans to make celebrating International Pizza Day easier than ever.

What inspired Pizza Hut to implement Integrated Delivery, and how do you see it enhancing the customer experience?

Pizza is one of the most delivery-friendly products in the world, so embracing Integrated Delivery was an easy decision for us. It’s about more than just convenience; it’s about building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. By strengthening our digital presence, we’re not only making it easier for customers to enjoy our pizza but also inviting them to be part of our loyalty club, where they can access exclusive rewards and offers. This integration allows us to meet our customers where they are, offering a seamless experience from start to finish.

The response so far has been overwhelmingly positive.
